Job Description:

We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TRAACS and related travel solutions who will be responsible for pre-sales activities, product training, product requirement engineering, and client interactions. The ideal candidate should have a strong finance background and dynamic people skills to handle prospects and clients at different levels of lead nurturing and cross-selling angles.

As a SME, you will work closely with our sales team and have the opportunity to engage directly with our clients using TRAACS in the Middle East and Africa region – the integrated financial management platform for the Air Travel Industry.  This is a unique opportunity to work in the field and grow your career within a rapidly expanding industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for TRAACS and related travel solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to drive pre-sales activities, including creating and delivering presentations, conducting product demonstrations, and responding to RFPs.
  • Conduct product training sessions for clients, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Engage with clients to understand their business needs and requirements and work with the product team to develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Collaborate with the product team to define and prioritize product requirements and feature enhancements.
  • Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Assist with client onboarding and implementation activities.
  • Provide support to clients and internal teams as needed.
  • Represent Nucore at industry events and conferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 3 + years of experience in the travel industry with a strong understanding of travel technology and solutions.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in analyzing data and financial modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with clients and internal teams at all levels.
  • Proven track record of working on pre-sales activities, product requirement engineering, and client interactions.
  • Experience in conducting product training sessions for clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Delivering a complete front end application using angular 2 +.
Ensure the Proper architecture and conventions in the frontend with the code quality.
